Former financier and accused depraved sex trafficker Howard Rubin is actually a loving grandfather who should be freed on a $50 million bond, his estranged wife said in new court documents.

Mary Henry wrote a letter to the court late Thursday urging the judge to spring multi-millionaire retired bond trader Howard Rubin, 70, on the whopping bail package so that he can continue spending time with his three young grandchildren while awaiting trial.

“I understand far too well the serious charges before the court,” Henry wrote. “I can only speak from my own experience when I say they do not represent the Howie Rubin I saw: a caring father, a loving son-in-law, and devoted grandfather known affectionately as ‘Pops.’ 4
