Shillong, Oct 17: Three final-year students of St Anthony’s College have created a line of gut-friendly products under the brand ProBites, which was launched today an an event at the college’s Centre for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Incubation (SACCEII).

Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma was the chief guest and Saloni Verma, Executive Director of the Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA), was the guest of honour.

The day’s highlight was the pilot launch of ProBites, a student-led brand offering healthy, probiotic-based snacks. Developed under SACCEII’s incubation and mentorship, ProBites is an example of how classroom learning can transform into entrepreneurial action.
