Fast-bowler Mohammed Shami took a dig at the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) selectors for excluding him from India’s ODI squads, reportedly for fitness reasons. Shami was ignored for both India’s Test tour of England in July, the recently-concluded home Test series against West Indies, and the upcoming ODI and T20I tour of Australia in November. He last played for India in the 2025 Champions Trophy in the UAE.
