WEST HOLLYWOOD – The driver of a yellow Mustang was killed and another victim was injured after the Mustang crashed into a Metro bus in West Hollywood Friday.

The crash occurred at the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue at 1:10 a.m. Friday, NBC 4 reported.

The Metro bus was parked when the Mustang slammed into it.

“A vehicle rear-ended a stationary Metro Bus at the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue,” according to a Metro spokeswoman.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

“Metro extends its deepest condolences to the driver’s family,” the Metro spokeswoman said.
