BOSTON — Jaylen Brown went through all of Celtics practice Thursday except for the live action portions, per Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla. Brown is considered day-to-day with the left hamstring tightness that forced him to leave Wednesday’s preseason game early against the Raptors.

“I haven’t caught up with him yet,” Mazzulla said. “I expect him to be at his best every single day then we’ll kind of take it from there. Just one day at a time.”

Brown tweaked his hamstring while pushing the pace on a play in the first quarter against the Raptors. While he stayed in the game for a couple possessions, Brown left for the locker room afterwards grabbing at his left hamstring area. He didn’t return to the game, though there was no reason to push it considering it was a preseason game.
