Georgina Chapman is facing foreclosure on her New York City apartment, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE.

The English fashion designer and co-founder of Marchesa, 49, was issued a foreclosure notice on Wednesday, Oct. 15 that read, “You are in danger of losing your home,” per the legal documents.
