President Trump confirmed Tuesday that Venezuelan officials offered the U.S. a stake in the country's oil, gold and other natural resources to try to avoid conflict, saying Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro "has offered everything" because "he doesn't want to f*** around with the United States."
