WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A judge ruled Friday that there was enough evidence to proceed with a trial against an Ellinwood woman charged in the death of a 4-month-old infant.
Christy Nemnich, 32, is charged with one count of first-degree murder, two counts of child abuse and one count of operating an unlicensed day care.
Nemnich posted a $100,000 bond on April 25 and was released from jail.
The judge set her arraignment for Dec. 18.
