MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Bond was set Friday for the man accused of crashing into a Madison Police Department officer and his K9 in September, while leading police on a chase through multiple municipalities.

Christopher Brugger, 36, made his initial appearance in Dane County court through a video call.

His bond was set at $200,00.

Conditions of his bond are that he shall not operate a motor vehicle and shall not consume alcohol.

Brugger faces charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, three counts of operator flee/elude officer-bodily harm or property damage, operator fee/elude officer-great hard, hit and run-involve great bodily harm, reckless driving-cause great bodily harm, injury by intoxicated use/vehicle-operating while under the influence-fourth offense, possession o
