NEW YORK (PIX11) -- During an exclusive one-on-one interview on Friday, New York City mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa discussed what New York City would look like if he were voted as the next mayor.
One of the main topics addressed was the need for more NYPD officers and the challenge surrounding recruitment.
"Cops can now be personally sued," Sliwa told PIX on Politics host Dan Mannarino. "No one wants to join a police department where you know you have to do physical intervention, and you can be personally sued... You have no qualified immunity."
