Denise Richards ’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers , was taken into custody following a court appearance on Friday (October 17), and both legal teams are now speaking out amid the escalating situation.

The 54-year-old reality star was in court for a hearing to change her temporary restraining order against Aaron into a permanent one. Immediately after, L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies arrested him.
