When Elvis tribute artists make their showstopping entrances for crowds around the world, many are wearing the creations of Nanaimo costume maker Eleanor von Boetticher.
Her ProElvis Jumpsuits are re-creations of styles Elvis wore in concerts over 50 years ago, and made down to the last detail, are sought after by tribute acts of the original ‘King of bling’.
“Sometimes we get videos of their unboxing or pictures from their show and that’s really exciting for us,” said Eleanor von Boetticher, owner of ProElvis Jumpsuits.

Her Nanaimo costume store, ProElvis Jumpsuits has grown so successful, that it now employs five costume makers and ships out newly sewn suits to clients globally everyday, including to musician Billy Ray Cyrus.
