LINDALE, Texas (KETK)-- KETK's Game of the Week lived up to the hype as the Kilgore Bulldogs defeated the Lindale Eagles, giving the Eagles their first loss of the season.

FINALE SCORE: Kilgore 49- Lindale 29

Following the win, Kilgore advances to 7-1 for the season and remains undefeated in district play. The Bulldogs will look to pick up their eighth straight win next Friday at home against the Palestine Wildcats, who have yet to win a game this season.

Meanwhile, the Eagles' undefeated season comes to an end as they fall to 6-1 following the loss. The Eagles will look to bounce back next Friday on the road against the Mabank Panthers.
