The Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce and Weirton city officials welcomed Rustik Rollz Bakehouse during a ribbon cutting Oct. 11 for the new bakery in the Penn Place complex at Suite E, 3205 Pennsylvania Ave. The business is owned by Christie and Benjamin Winnowski, who began selling baked goods made from their home at area fairs and other events in 2023. Their shelves on are stocked with pepperoni rolls, cinnamon rolls and assorted breads, danishes and cookies as well as gluten-free treats. Open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, the shop sells its own bread dipping oil and jellies, jams and honey produced by other local vendors.
