The Foothill High football team has a narrow path to the Open Division playoffs — and it starts tonight.
The Falcons enter the final two weeks of the season with a respectable 6-2 record, sitting at No. 6 in the NIAA standings. Win out against Desert Oasis tonight and Faith Lutheran next week, and they might sneak into the top four to earn a coveted Open Division berth.
The current top four: Bishop Gorman, Liberty, Arbor View and Shadow Ridge. Undefeated Las Vegas holds the No. 5 spot, just ahead of Foothill.
