I think Janet Mills has been a wonderful governor for Maine. Though I haven’t always agreed with her, she served Maine well with honesty, integrity and strength. I humbly thank her for her long years in service to Maine.

That said, I am sorely disappointed that instead of gracefully stepping aside Mills has mistakenly, in my opinion, chosen to run against Republican Sen. Susan Collins. It’s time for new voices to lead us through these difficult times.
