A 48-year-old man was arrested today for attempted murder in the second degree for allegedly stabbing a woman, also 48, at Manana Skatepark in Pearl City.
The victim sustained multiple stab wounds and was treated and transported to the hospital.
Honolulu Police Department District 3 patrol officers, who responded to a report of the stabbing at 2:46 p.m., arrested the alleged assailant nearby the incident. He is known to the victim, HPD says.
The investigation remains ongoing.
