St. John Bosco beats Santa Margarita: Final score, results, highlights from Trinity League football game

St. John Bosco, the consensus No. 1 team in high school football, moved to 8-0 on Friday with a 27-14 victory against Santa Margarita to nearly clinch a Trinity League title.

Sophomore QB Koa Malau'ulu dazzled once again for the Braves, throwing one touchdown each to all four star members of Bosco's receivers room.

The Braves never quite pulled away thanks to their nearly 200 yards from a litany of penalties, but they also avoided any late drama and close calls.

St. John Bosco set the tone with a 63-yard touchdown from Carson Clark exactly one minute into the game and took a 14-0 lead with 3:46 left in the first on a long touchdown catch by Daniel Odom. Trent
