GRAND BLANC, MI — It was a battle of two unbeaten Division 1 teams.
Rivals for years, Davison and Grand Blanc brought their highly-touted offenses to clash on the gridiron in front of thousands with a standing-room only crowd on Friday, Oct. 17 at Grand Blanc High School.
While Davison kicker senior kicker Ryder Ferguson was the first to put points on the board with an impressive 52-yard field goal, Grand Blanc answered. Again and again and again.
At the end of the first quarter, the Bobcats led 14-3.
By halftime, the score divide between both teams continued to grow with Grand Blanc leading 35-10.
That trend continued throughout the second half.
The Bobcats led the third quarter 42-22, before finishing the game the victor. Grand Blanc defeated Davison 57-29.
