A salon owner in Maharashtra's Raigad was beaten up by a group of workers from Raj Thackeray's party Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) for allegedly abusing women employees and non-payment of salaries.

A video of the incident, which has gone viral, shows MNS workers entering the salon and then calmly surrounding the owner before raining blows on him. There is a lot of commotion as the woman who alleged misbehaviour by the salon owner is also heard in the video. The MNS workers land slaps, punches and kicks on the owner as he rubs his face and head to ease the pain and pleads for mercy.
