James Tibbs III, the top prospect acquired from the Giants in the Rafael Devers trade on June 15, spent fewer than seven weeks in the Red Sox organization.

Boston traded Tibbs to the Dodgers at the July 31 deadline for starting pitcher Dustin May.

The Red Sox dealt three prospects at the deadline.

They also sent 22-year-old outfielder Zach Ehrhard to the Dodgers with Tibbs.

Boston traded 22-year-old corner infielder Blaze Jordan to the St. Louis Cardinals for reliever Steven Matz on July 31.
