Jerry Jones’ Dallas Cowboys hit the jackpot when they traded for George Pickens earlier this year. The 24-year-old wide receiver has gone above and beyond the Dallas’ expectations in the first six starts. Pickens’ tuning with QB Dak Prescott has taken the Cowboys’ passing game to a level above. What started as a move to give CeeDee Lamb some help has turned into one of Jerry Jones’ best decisions in recent memory. But even Pickens has his flaws, and head coach Brian Schottenheimer is already aware.

The Cowboys’ receiver has been putting up astronomical numbers in the league so far, but HC Schottenheimer believes that there are still a few things that the wide receiver can improve upon .
