BARAMULLA, OCTOBER 18: Minister for Agriculture Production Department,Rural Development and Panchayati Raj,Cooperative and Election Department, Javid Ahmad Dar today inaugurated a Kisan Mela-cum-Exhibition at Dak Banglow here, organized by department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Baramulla.
