SRINAGAR : Industrial bodies across the Kashmir Valley have sharply criticised what they describe as “arbitrary and coercive” notices issued by the Jammu and Kashmir Pollution Control Committee (JKPCC) to a large number of local manufacturing and service units over alleged consent violations.
