Kolkata Police Kali Puja traffic advisory 2025: In view of Kali Puja celebrations on October 20, the Kolkata Police has announced traffic restrictions and diversions to ensure vehicular movement and public safety.

The curbs will come into effect from the early morning of October 20 and continue till the early hours of October 21.

Kali Puja 2025 Kolkata traffic restrictions: Ban on goods vehicles except for essential services

Movement of all types of goods vehicles, except those carrying idols for Kali Puja, will be prohibited across Kolkata from 6 am on October 20 (Monday) to 4 am on October 21 (Tuesday).
