To pay solemn tribute to the valiant martyrs of the Jalandhar Police who laid down their lives in the line of duty, a commemorative event was organised at Police Lines, Jalandhar, on the occasion of Police Commemoration Day.

The event began with the observance of a two-minute silence in remembrance of the valiant officers who sacrificed their lives in the service of the Punjab Police and for the safety and security of the public.
