Synopsis: Police said Pramod and his nephew made Riyaz, 24, sit between them on the bike. Police in Nizamabad have launched a manhunt for a habitual offender who fatally stabbed a constable of the Central Crime Station on Thursday, 17 October.

The incident occurred when the constable, E Pramod, was taking the accused, Shaik Riyaz, to the station on his motorcycle. Pramod, 42, had apprehended Riyaz in a bike theft case.
