Man who threatened to ‘spray up’ his Glen Mills workplace gets probation

A Chester man charged last year with threatening to “spray up” his place of employment was sentenced to 90 days of probation Monday after pleading to harassment as a summary offense.

Assistant District Attorney Cierra Eckenrode downgraded the single count from a third-degree misdemeanor prior to Davar Brown entering his plea before Common Pleas Court Judge Margaret Amoroso.

Another charge for making terroristic threats was dismissed under the plea worked out with defense counsel Clinton Johnson.

Brown, 29, was charged following the Aug. 27 incident at ServPro in the first block of Lacrue Avenue in the Glen Mills section of Concord.
