BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) -- A Baton Rouge man with a long criminal history was arrested this week following a narcotics investigation by the Baton Rouge Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit.
According to BRPD, Rodrigus Holmes, 50, was taken into custody on Wednesday, Oct. 15, by detectives and the department’s Special Response Team (SWAT) after investigators executed multiple search warrants.
During the searches, officers reportedly seized cocaine, crack cocaine, a large amount of cash, a 9mm handgun, and a .25 caliber handgun.
