Traffic diversions on SP Ring Road for 40 days as AUDA undertakes repair work October 18, 2025

Ahmedabad: The city traffic police today announced traffic diversions on the Sardar Patel (SP) Ring Road as the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) will carry out repair work on the Tragad Underpass box and Vatva Railway Overbridge. The work at both locations is scheduled to last 40 days, during which traffic will be diverted in phases to ensure smooth vehicular movement.

Diversion and Alternative Routes for Tragad Underpass Repair Work

~ Phase 1: Traffic from Tragad Underpass towards Vaishnodevi Circle via Zundal Bridge will be diverted for 20 days.

~ Phase 2: After completion of Phase 1, traffic from Vaishnodevi Circle towards Zundal Bridge will be diverted for the next 20 days.
