EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- Texas state Rep. Vince Perez, D-El Paso, is inviting local students to take part in the 2025 Texas House District Ornament Program, a statewide tradition that showcases student artwork on the Christmas tree inside the Texas House chamber during the Christmas season.

Each of the state’s 150 House districts selects one ornament designed by a local student, artist, or community member to represent their district at the Capitol.

The ornament for District 77 will be displayed and photographed alongside entries from across Texas.
