Three people have been arrested following a pitch invasion during Salford City's match against Oldham Athletic, according to reports.

Two men were seen running onto the pitch during the League Two clash, which caused the match to be stopped. Both men were seemingly wearing white hoodies with the message ' Gary Neville is a Traitor' emblazoned on the back while also carrying England flags.

They were quickly dragged off the pitch by security, who dealt with them while the game was halted. Neville is a co-owner of Salford and recently completed a substantial takeover of the club as part of a new consortium also featuring David Beckham.
