HOLLIS, Maine — A car crash into a Hollis home just after midnight Saturday forced its residents to evacuate.

Hollis Fire and Rescue responded to the intersection of Little Falls Road and Clarks Mills Road for a single car accident, according to a social media post from the fire department.

A vehicle reportedly left the road, struck a concrete block, and crashed into a home. The driver was taken to a hospital for evaluation.

Hollis Fire said the home was damaged, causing residents to leave overnight.
