Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Patrick Queen has been fined $23,186 for a roughing the passer call against Cleveland Browns quarterback Dillon Gabriel.

The play was called a penalty on the field, and it came on a blitz that Queen burst through the hole. With the fine, it was identified as a hit to Gabriel’s head or neck area.

Queen can be seen getting his hands up, and as he follows through, strikes Gabriel in the facemark, leading to the penalty and the subsequent fine.
