FLORENCE, Ky. —
"No Kings" protests filled city streets across the country on Saturday, including several throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.

Mall Road in Florence was one such area in Greater Cincinnati that freely had people voicing their opinions on Saturday, and at times turned into a debate stage with assembled counter-protesters.
High school government teacher Dick Stewart says the protests fulfill the intentions of the founders to be able to civilly protest against the country's government.
"We aren't perfect, but our function and our goal is to constantly move towards a more perfect system," Stewart says of what brought him out to protest.
