Sally Kitchen has seen 16 presidents, five wars, a Great Depression, 14 recessions, and all the joy and pain 94 years can bring. But nothing like America today.

She sat Saturday in a wheelchair along the site of Route 30 in Johnstown, holding a cardboard placard: "Herbert Hoover was my first president. Donald Trump is my worst president."
