ENNIS, Texas — A man suspected of fatally shooting three people in Henderson County early Friday was hospitalized after he crashed into the Buc-ee's in Ennis, injuring a pedestrian, and shot himself, officials say.

Henderson County deputies tell WFAA that Christopher Kyle Reid Jr., 29, of Hubbard, is suspected of fatally shooting three people at a home located off Taso Drive in the Cedar Creek Cove subdivision in Mabank before 2:30 a.m. Friday.

When officers arrived, they discovered multiple people with gunshot wounds. One man and one woman were pronounced dead at the scene, Henderson County Sheriff's Office said. The third victim was taken to UT Health Hospital in Tyler, where they were later pronounced dead.
