Former The Great British Bake Off favourite Briony May Williams says adding an unusual ingredient to your mash potato can enhance its flavour. Available for just 90p at certain supermarkets, the culinary expert said she's been incorporating Greek yoghurt into meals such as cottage pie "as a little protein boost". ‌

Though the dairy product is typically savoured alongside granola or fresh fruit, Briony insists that stirring a couple of spoonfuls of it into your mash makes it "next-level delicious". ‌
