A Midland council's empty former base could be sold within three years after a plan to use it as a school was dismissed.
Worcestershire County Council bosses gave the green light for County Hall's disposal in July, pending the outcome of a feasibility study examining whether portions of the site might be suitable for educational purposes.
Draft cabinet documents said the study has been finalised and "did not identify a viable option for education use".

The authority is now preparing to start sale preparations, though around 200 parking spaces will likely be retained for council employees based at the neighbouring Wildwood offices in Worcester.
