STINNETT, Texas (KFDA) - West Texas High senior quarterback Cayde Winters scored all 50 points in the Comanches’ victory over Panhandle Friday night.

The No. 7 West Texas High defeated No. 3 Panhandle behind Winters’ 369 rushing yards, seven touchdowns and four two-point conversions.

The game featured 99 total points, 892 total yards of offense, nine lead changes and two ties.

The performance helped keep the Comanches unbeaten this season.

“Couldn’t have done it without that line, our line played unbelievable,” Winters said. “Coach preached all week in practice it’s going to be an up front battle.”

Winters told his offensive line before the game that the victory depended on their performance.
