MINNEAPOLIS — With a chance to pull within a field goal, Minnesota Vikings quarterback Carson Wentz eluded pressure, rolled to his right and lofted a pass to an outstretched T.J. Hockenson in the back of the end zone for what appeared to be a critical touchdown.
The play was later ruled an incomplete pass, and the Vikings eventually settled for a field goal for the fifth time in six red zone trips.
