WHITEHALL, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Three people from Granville are facing multiple counts of animal cruelty charges after a New York State Police investigation. Troppers said Jessica L. Austin, 43, Christopher J. MckInney, 43, and Charles W. MckInney, 81, are accused of neglecting numerous cats, dogs, and a goose.

Charges • Jessica L. Austin: 22 counts of torturing or injuring animals/ failure to provide sustenance • Christopher J. MckInney: 24 counts of torturing or injuring animals/ failure to provide sustenance • Charles W. MckInney: Four counts of torturing or injuring animals/ failure to provide sustenance
