When a group of people at Ventura County Public Works arrived to check the flooded canal, they spotted a tiny lump of fur trapped in the middle of it. Upon closer inspection, they realized it was a dog trying to escape the ordeal, but unable to do so.
Wasting no time, the team immediately rushed into action to help.
