The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is offering some of its benefit claimants an extra tax-free payment of £10 before the end of the year.
This is an automatic one-off payment called the ' Christmas Bonus' and is typically given during the first week of December.
There are 24 different benefits that allow people to qualify for the payment, which is aimed at helping people with the expense of the festive period.
Anyone receiving these benefits and living in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or Gibraltar will automatically find the money in their bank accounts before December 25.
