KULPMONT, Pa. — One person is in custody after a standoff in Kulpmont.

The standoff began around 11 a.m. Monday in the 700 block of Spruce Street, after a reported disturbance.

After almost four hours, police entered the home and took one man into custody. Officials say he will be arraigned on multiple charges.
