Thousands of people came together across Northeast Ohio to participate in the national No Kings protests Oct. 18 to rally against President Donald Trump administration's perceived abuse of power.
More than 7 million protesters participated in over 2,700 events across the country, No Kings reported.
While the protests were mainly peaceful, separate incidents in Jackson Township and Kent resulted in the hospitalization of one woman who was struck by a hit-and-run driver and the arrest of an armed man who reportedly shoved a woman in the back, respectively.
