New Delhi: Bihar Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Dilip Jaiswal on Monday alleged that the opposition Mahagathbandhan was “selling tickets for money” in the run-up to the Assembly elections and claimed that the alliance was riddled with internal discord over seat-sharing.
“The people of Bihar are witnessing the infighting within the Mahagathbandhan and how tickets are being sold for money. They have not even managed to finalise seat-sharing yet. How will they run a government,” Jaiswal said while addressing reporters in Patna.
The BJP leader’s comments come amid ongoing talks among Mahagathbandhan constituents including the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Congress, and Left parties over the distribution of seats.
