The Arizona Fall League has now finished their second week and the Mesa Solar Sox won three and lost three over the past week. That gives them an overall record of 4-6, which puts them in fifth place in the six-team AFL. However, they’re just three games out of first and a game and a half game out of second place.

Just as a reminder, the Arizona Fall League is a postseason minor league where prospects can get in more work before the winter starts. This year, Mesa Solar Sox is made up of minor leaguers from the Cubs, Athletics, Yankees, Marlins and Rays.
