COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The SC Department of Social says DSS Connect phone interview system for SNAP and TANF clients is currently experiencing a temporary phone-system outage and call centers are unavailable.
People are asked to try again later on Monday, October 20.
If you are a SNAP or TANF client and are looking for your benefit issuance information, you can view your information online 24/7 by visiting dss.sc.gov and using the DSS benefits online portal.
