It's not even November, and Nottingham Forest appear set to name their third manager of the 2025/26 season.

With Ange Postecoglou sent packing after failing to win any of his eight games in charge, the Premier League side are hoping to salvage the campaign in any way possible.

Forest appear to have turned to Sean Dyche, the former Burnley and Everton boss known for his ability to squeeze the most out of a disjointed roster. Dyche is not an exciting hire and won't be looking to implement high-flying football to reinvigorate Forest, but he has a proven track record when it comes to keeping teams safe from relegation, if only just.
